What Are Its Benefits?

There are many benefits associated with Pilates and I specialise in adapting my teaching to suit the particular circumstances of individuals, but the central benefits are:

  • Stronger core muscles
  • A flexible spine and improved joint mobility
  • Improved balance and coordination
  • Relieves stress and tension

  

Pilates can be especially beneficial after an injury, pre and post-natal and for older people.
